Hi, I have a question on Whey Protein. I'm doing Insanityt right now (day 6) and due to work the first week it was very hard to keep up with the meal plan (almost as tiring as the workouts) so I think shakes would be a good solution for those days when I have my lunch "on the go" but I'm a bit scared to try it because I don't want to get really big, just fit and toned. Also, the only brand I've found is GNC, is that good? Thanks!
Sorry I just got to this! But protein will not make you really big. Cupcakes and junk food will make you really big. Think of protein powder as liquid chicken. lol! Although protein shakes don’t replace an entire meal!
what should I wear to a job interview at A&F? also do they only accept stick skinny girls ? cause that's all I ever see over there
Sorry this is super late! Wear what you see similar to the forms or models are wearing. Dress super casual and be yourself. Don’t worry what everyone else looks like!
Sorry I haven’t been posting as much. I got a new job at Abercrombie and Fitch as a manager in training and I’ve been so busy lately! I’m also MOVING because the job is over an hour away from my house, so with apartment shopping, finding a new gym, half moving in with my boyfriend (who’s 15 minutes away from work), and the stress of starting a new job and learning everything, I haven’t been helping as many people as I’d like to be.
PS: I went with LA Fitness! I love it there so far :) And I will be posting pics of the apartment when I move in (hopefully the 30th!!)
I promise that when I move and settle down a bit, I’ll be posting more again! But now you can ask me questions about Abercrombie and Hollister if you want. I’ve learned A LOT about the company and how it works and would love to help you pick out an outfit or help you prepare for an interview or any random things about the job. :)

hey my fitness blog is watchmebecomefit and I've been having all sorts of bumps in my fitness journey and I just feel like though all this I'm not making progress and I cant seem to get motivated again. I keep having trouble with what I eat and seem to have a huge lack of self control and hate myself after all is done.. looking at fitness motivation just makes me feel worse and I dont know what to do... any advice?
